CNy

Hee hee.. leopard can really never change its spots. Was late today again for a gathering at junior's house... Supposed to meet the whole gang of them at 11am at TPY mrt, end up only waking up when they called at 11.30pm. =P (Paiseh guys... Overslept lar.)

Jasmine was kind enough to offer her place for the whole bunch of us.. and end up I was like the only guy with a decent amount of hair... ha. The rest all botak cao-recruits, namely Junyi, Sir Seng, Zaoxiong, Hansheng, Zhixuan, and their friend. Hehe. Was sharing with them my experiences in BMT and listening to their own experiences.. ha~ Den we played mahjong… not bad lar.. quite fun.. except dat I only won ONCE in so many rounds. But not dat bad too lar, cos when I DO win, it’s quite a lot of ‘fan1’s. Heard alot of fresh, juicy gossips from them too… Ooohh.. ahhh.. Hee hee…

Headed straight thereafter for Melvin’s hse for his annual cny gathering. The gang at his place was relatively smaller as compared to previous years, as he wanted to down-size the scale of the event. Attendees include Lynette, Kaiyang, Ping’an and Yingjie. Yucheng was sick lar… tsk tsk. And Jianyun, uncontactable. Quite cool still, cos a smaller grp also meant more interaction for everyone, den noone will get neglected. And as usual, had loads to eat and we chatted abit. Left shortly after cos I reached quite late also lar.. 8pm =X (Mahjong session at Jas’ house lasted too long le.)

So sad, cannot play mahjong or sth with this clique, but still, the gathering felt pretty heart-warming.. at least for once I felt dat we have really changed dat much after all, when put into a familiar setting. The past few gatherings with the clique felt pretty awkward, as if everyone changed a lot… Din really felt comfortable. Maybe becos we were out in public, den everyone behaved in a more matured manner as compared to those days in the past. And becos we are out in public, can only chat and end up hearing exchanges of v cordial and 客套conversations. Felt a bit distant lor, like everyone drifted apart over the years le. But today, the feeling is quite different. Felt like wat it was years ago. Not bad, not bad.

Tml is Sunday, another day to spend.. wonder where to go or wat to do leh. So is the Steamboat dinner at Alvin’s place confirmed? Sugui, stop procrastinating leh. And hmm.. seems like a lot of people jio-ing me to go sing ktv… ha~ Jinsen initially wanted to meet tml to sing ktv… Den gotta abruptly change the plan as his parents wanna go visit relatives. Den Alvin asked, den now Xun… Hmm… We shall see if I really do end up singing ktv in the end. Oh yah hor, Jasmine they all also wanted to go sing ktv sometime later.. Wah, I’m already quite broke le…
